There is a large number of companies and public organizations that face the challenge of having all of their  assets under control.

This data must be easily accessible to other business applications, thus avoiding duplication and unnecessary errors.

This application is especially useful to classify and group assets.

Asset listings are done quickly and filters can be applied esily and be exported to Excel at the moment.

Document management

The entire application is embedded into document management. At any time, any user can upload photos (even in massive batch), PDFs, Office documents (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, LibreOffice / OpenOffice, etc.) easily and quickly, whatever the type of asset. The person will be able to edit these attached documents, either by replacing, deleting, renaming, or changing dates and other data.

Operation

Not only supervisors can create and edit items: internal or external users can be invited to be part of this application. They can create and edit as many files as necessary on the areas they have been granted permission. Of course, they will not be able to edit the files of other users, only their own. When authorized by his or her supervisor, the items will become available at the next level.

Whenever possible, it is recommended that the management of each type of asset be carried out in the form of a survey of department heads or area delegates. An email is sent indicating the need for the company to have detailed knowledge of one or more types of assets, and they access the application to create and update them.
